has anyone had laser or ipl hair removal

Hey everyone I'm looking at having permanent hair removal but I'm not sure which is best. Has anyone had anything done? I'm mostly looking at legs but will probably have bikini done when I can afford it. Based in Derbyshire so would like to find some one local but willing to travel for the right place. Any help or advise is much appreciated.

I haven't had professional IPL but I've used a lumea and I've been extremely impressed with reduction on my face and legs when I use it religiously

I have had laser treatment on my face. I can only go by my own experience but I would avoid beauty salons if you can. I went to a clinic linked to my local hospital ( you still pay) staffed by health care professionals. I am not in your area so don't know if this is available to you. In my experience treatment in beauty salons frequently just doesn't work. This did and I had very stubborn hair. So some careful research of your area.

I looked at those but was worried it wouldn't work but I guess if I'm strict this would be a good option

I spent 1000 in a beauty saloon on laser on my chin and it didnt work. I am now having electrolysis and at last its working. Started with every week and by now its every 3 weeks.
I probably should have gone to a laser clinic.

I had IPL on legs and bikini 8 years ago. Brilliant. 6 treatments.. .paid about £700
