Where to buy basic tshirts when slim but broad shouldered?

I'm really struggling to find normal tshirts to fit my frame. I'm quite broad shouldered but a size 8-10 and find that tshirts that fit my size always sit too far in on my shoulder, rather than fit properly. If I get the next size up they just look terrible and baggy. It is incredibly frustrating as my shoulders and chest burn at even a hint of sun, but most of my tops are vest style ones.

Can anyone recommend places to try before I fry to a crisp on holiday next week? So far I've tried Joules, Seasalt, H&M, Primark and Sainsburys.

GAP - Vintage Wash. I have a teeny waist and broad shoulders and these seem to fit.

Thanks ruby I will give those a try!

Could you buy the larger size and get them taken in to fit? If you have a sewing machine you can even try the cheating way; putting the tshirt on inside out, pinning it to fit, taking off carefully and then putting in a line of stitching to make a new side seem. Not perfect -you might find it's a bit baggy under the arms - but should be fine for a tshirt.

I might have to resort to the sewing actually una, but as I'm a bit lazy, I was hoping I could just buy some that fit properly without the hassle of alterations Blush
