Replacement BB cream

I have been using a Boots own brand tinted moisturiser with 15 spf, but it looks like they no longer make it :( so looking for replacements!
I've tried a couple of BB type creams but nothing so far has done the job. I like a light, natural look and tend to mix a tiny amount with some serum as otherwise I find it far too heavy and my skin is also quite dry. A couple that I've tried have made my skin look almost flakey in places!!
I have olive skin, not sure if that makes any difference, in the Boots one I flirted between fair and medium depending on my tan!
Anyone have any recommendations to share? I wouldn't want to spend a huge amount, between £10&20 probably. Thanks!!

I really like Garnier's BB cream. It's not too expensive and feels lovely on. It makes my face look so much better! My skin is yellowy olive and I need the light shade.

I second Garnier's BB cream. I use the one '+Blur. My skin is cool, pale olive and I use the light shade.

I have this one, is this the one you mean? I still find it dries my skin, even with moisturiser/serum underneath :( its passable but would prefer something closer to the Boots one if possible. Thanks for the suggestions though :)

Try the CC instead ... Clinique is my favourite!

Another vote for the Garnier one. If you have dry skin why have you

got the oily one?! I also have dry/sensitive skin and use the extra light one for normal to dry skin. Don't know how to do photos but this : http://www.garnier.co.uk/skin-care/beauty/garnier/b-b-cream-miracle-skin-perfector/bb-original-extra-light

I love the lily lolo one and you can buy samples very cheaply on their website!

Ooh I like the look of that! Might go to a department store and test one rather than fork out £30 in case I don't like it!

Julia I think I just got one which was on sale at the time!! Blush plus I have a very greasy nose..... I might have a look for the other one tho as that's cheapish and give it a go!

Bourjois CC cream gives you some colour in your face and has a lighter/wetter feel than heavier products. :)

Boots no. 7 city lights tinted moisturiser?

Belindaboom · 17/08/2017 13:26

The no 7 stuff is good and bare minerals tinted moisturiser is good. I'm very, very pale so can't use garnier etc

The Body Shop BB cream is amazing! I use it every day 🙂
