Eyebrow help

I naturally have thick bushy brows, like Lily Collins. Because of this I never needed to fill them in, simply got them threaded every 5 weeks or so.
Recently been struggling with trichotillomania so ended up pulling most of the hairs out Blush ...and now sporting uneven sperm brows

I tried filling them in for the first time today with the Nyx brow pomade. Feeling quite self conscious that they are still looking very uneven (the arches look like second cousins rather than sisters). Any good tips or perhaps YouTube recommendations for filling in wonky eyebrows

They don't look like sperm brows at all Embarrassed. I actually think they're looking pretty good. Honestly.

Please tell me did your DD just have sparse eyebrows or missing parts of eyebrows.

For some reason the outer third to half of my eyebrows have fallen out completely and without eyebrow pencil I look ridiculous.

Thing is if I get hot or rub my face, I rub the pencil off and I am constantly worrying about them now.

Thank you Enid and Garden !
Well I found this picture from a few days (excuse bad quality- cropped it), shows what my brows looked like without makeup. Although I pulled out more hairs yesterday so they're even thinner ha Grin

Are you having cbt treatment for the trichotillomania? Your eyebrows look great to me but I can only imagine how tough it must be having that urge to pluck them out. Does it just happen during stressful times?

The last picture of your brows the natural shape looks more straight. I would go with the natural shape as arching the brow can highlight uneveness and loss. The straighter brow would look more natural. You really need to get some advice with the pulling because the more you do it over time the brows will not grow back to what they were. Start with the GP and don't feel embarrassed it's actually quite a common problem.
