Nice earrings not too expensive?

after recently having had my ears pierced at the grand old age of almost 40, i now need to buy some nice earrings. I don't want to spend £££ but need ones that won't make me itchy. any recommendations for cheapish (c£30-40) but lovely ones?

You can get nice Sterling Silver studs from £12 upwards in my local jewellers.

I'd go out and have a look around- there's so much out there.
