Crew neck cardigans

I have loads of these in different colours from Boden, are these ever ok or are they really frumpy?! I wear them over tops with jeans.
I always feel a bit square in them!

I have cardis like this in all colours, in cotton, wool and cashmere. I usually layer open over work dresses, or skirts with a tucked in top. I've also worn done up as a top, tucked into a midi skirt.

I don't often wear with jeans, as I don't really like seeing the line of a top or shirt sticking out from the bottom of a fitted cardi.
