Waterproof and breathable jacket that doesn't rustle!

I have an ancient fila jacket that I keep wearing despite the fact it's too small and makes me sweat.
Crucially though it does not drown me, ( I am short) has nice zip up pockets and does not rustle!
I have an idea it was originally sold for running/ cycling, does anyone know where I might find a replacement?

I have a north face jacket I got in their outlet shop. It's grey and petrol blue and is a sort of peach skin type feel on outside and a fleece on inside. North face have loads of lovely non rustle type rain coats.

All the north face ones I've come across, are a bit too substantial.
I'm probably not explaining it very well, but the kind I'm looking for are thin and soft and a shortish cut.

I have a Craghoppers one and the first thing I actually noticed was that it doesn't rustle.

Do you know what the craghoppers one was called? libitina?
