Sun dress help!

I'm looking for a simple vintage style cotton sun dress with thick straps and maybe a pocket.

I can't find anything! Can anyone help?

This style is what I like.

Hmm I love that dress, have seen it in sponsored ads on Facebook from dubious looking companies which usually rip off the bigger brands. I would also love to know where it's from! Often they take pictures from the brand Free People who have some quirky but lovely summer dresses!

I know! I don't want a shitty polyester thing from some shady company from China.

Come on, there must be a little thing out there for around £50

Good luck finding one half way through August. I'm after almost the same type of dress for my holiday next week but all the summer stuff has gone.
Sainsbury's has a nice striped dress but it has wider sleeves. Fat face might have something or Boden sale.
If you've seen any like that but more empire line or just with a less full skirt please can you let me know. Thanks

Have you asked her where hers is from? It looks home made to me . I'm sure you could get a dress maker to make you some from a pattern . I've definitely seen patterns for dresses like that in fabric shops .

New look has a nice palm print one, that shape but v. Retro with elasticated bust. Struggling to find it online. Finery and & Other Stories are quite good for simple midi dresses and wider straps.
