Any experience of whether this stretches/gives with wear?

Size 2 is too big really, but size 1 is just a teeny tiny bit small - it's definitely wearable but I'm worried I'll end up thinking it's too small!!

Anyone?...

Mine only arrived today and it's been dry for once so I can't answer your question but didn't want to leave you hanging! I guess it's a case of how big is too big - are you planning on being able to layer up under it? If so, the 2 might not be too large. I could probably get a thin knit under my size 1 but not much more so I don't think it'll be seeing me through the British winter.
