Black slouchy/casual blazer

Has anyone seen anything that fits the bill on the high street recently? I'm going back to work part time in a few weeks and I think this is the missing item to my wardrobe. I'd like to be able to wear it with casual dresses/jeans and/or dress it up.
I'm sure I saw one recently in H&M but I have been able to locate it since.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

I have to say (despite not being the biggest fan of their stuff) the Hush black jacket is a great cut and goes with everything.

Hush is an excellent suggestion, thank you. I have a dark grey/greenish one I bought in the sale a couple of years ago but the colour isn't universally wearable. I will have a look.

Uniqlo jersey blazer - I've got grey and black, really versatile.
