My first S & B thread Smile

Finally started using the half-full porefressional benefit primer that someone gave me for my wedding make up 3.5 years ago Shock

Really like the effect but are there any almost as good primers that are cheaper? I'm about to buy an expensive foundation after sampling lots so really could do without a dear primer if possible?

Also think I read on here that the formula for my primer has now changed anyway and not as good? Confused

I reckon any primer is better than no primer, and have yet to try one that makes me go "wow"

Probably the one that I noticed made the most difference was an Avon one, though I'm currently using the Niod photo opaque whatever-it's-called. Bit gloopy and seems to stick to moisturised skin so mix it with foundation (which is probably all wrong, but seems to work) Also have 2 Bourjois ones, an illuminating one and a mattifying one.

I was converted to Primer when I turned 40 a couple of years ago. I can't live without it now and I don't wear a lot of make up!

I love Clinique Universal Primer. My make up will last all day wearing it and it gives my skin a lovely soft feel and it just looks better when I am wearing it.

Placemarking. I gave quite open pores and I loathe them

Thank you I might try the Bourgeois matt one as that's not usually too expensive Smile
