Girls school trousers with pockets- anyone spotted any?

Dd is 6 and loves pockets. But we've not found any school trousers with pockets.
Sainsbury's had none today and in previous years I've struggled to find any. She wore ds' cast offs last year but she's now declared them too baggy apart from them flapping round her ankles. So I suspect boys trousers in general will be no good.

So, grey girls school trousers with pockets - have you spotted any?

No. But if you get really stuck you could get a seamstress to add some. Often a service provided at the drycleaners.

I don't think I've ever seen girls ones with pockets. Have you tried boys slim fit or tapered leg?

These Next ones have pockets and are "proper" school trousers. DD will wear nothing else.

Will check out Asda in store as would rather avoid spending more than supermarkets prices on uniform.

Asda were useless today, they shut the changing rooms as they had sale on (very much end of sale left!) 🙄

M&S came up trumps though. 2 pack of slim grey trousers for £11. Pockets, adjustable waist and no button/ clasp at front. Dd is pleased. 😄

I'm feeling a bit depressed that this is even an issue. Can you imagine any chainstore designing boys' school trousers without pockets?

It's ridiculous isn't it - girls school trousers in jersey with little dangly butterflies on piss me off too, they serve no purpose. Ds school trousers never have nonsense things added to them. 🙄
