Just wondered if anyone knew of any good creams/face washes ANYTHING that can help me, around ovulation my face gets so spotty it looks horrible 😭

Products at low ph with bha (salicylic acid) will dissolve oil in pores and clean out gunk to prevent spots.

Paulas choice do well formulated bha products but they ain't cheap! Nip and fab might do bha pads (i think) although can't vouch for the ph of them. Bha needs low ph to work.
