Following on from a thread about comfort where these jeans/jeggings were mentioned I just wanted reviews on them. I currently wear Next jean leggings although good they do lose shape and end up baggy on the bum and knees. I'm a size 16 and want high waisted jeggings jeans that hold me in and give me a smoothish outline.... thanks in advance

I love these. I have 4 pairs in different colours and replace them when they wear out. So comfy and I don't need to keep pulling them up.

LavenderDoll · 05/08/2017 19:19

Are you curvy? I only ask as I am I worry that they may fall down on me as I'm fat/curvy
Also what's the length like I'm thinking I'd need longer length

I love them. I am a size 16 and 5'9". They are the only jeans I don't have to keep yanking up. I have them in light blue, mid wash blue, grey and I did have a pair in dark blue but I literally wore them until they had holes where my thighs rubbed together Blush. I have them in long as I have 32" legs but I might go back and get a regular length pair because I like the ankle grazer with converse look.

Thank you so much
I'm going to order some
I'm in desperate need of clothes and have decided to embrace the chunk instead of holding off buying clothes until I lose weight

I've got 3 pairs too. Different colours and yeah they actually stay up!!
I'm 5ft 8 and size 16 and wear regular length

I am a 10/12 but I have a muffin top and unusually it does not push these jeans down.

LavenderDoll · 05/08/2017 20:44

Jumping on - would you say they are true to size? I'm a 14 but apple shaped so high waist jeans can be a pain!

Hairq · 09/08/2017 15:23

I was about to ask the same - do you tend to have to size up in them or are they fairly true to size?

KentMum2008 · 09/08/2017 15:26

In my experience they come up slightly on the smaller side, in an 18 mostly arse but always buy a 16 in these but I do have a fairly small waist. I live in these jeans, I have them in every colour they come in and wear them until they have holes in (then immediately replace). They won't get wiggled down by a muffin top, and I very rarely have to yank them up, unless I've been sitting down for hours and even then it's a gentle tug, not a full on yank!

KentMum2008 · 09/08/2017 15:26

I meant slightly on the bigger side! I but a size smaller but I have a small waist and big hips, may be different for apple shapes. Order 2 sizes to be sure, but I definitely wouldn't size up.

They're great - I've found the sizes can vary very slightly but safe to order your normal size, definitely don't need to go bigger.

LavenderDoll · 09/08/2017 23:13

True to size
I'm a very curvy 16 and these fit fine.

True to size. I'm a 14 and have them in different lengths and many colours..love them and managed to pick up a couple of pairs last week reduced in the sale! £12 and £10 I think

LooseAtTheSeams · 10/08/2017 09:34

Yup, gave in to temptation and ordered 2 more pairs!
