I've just bought DH a coat in their sale, and THEN looked at their returns info. Yes, I realise that was the wrong way around. It appears that they only allow returns on full price items 
I know I have 14 days to cancel under the distance selling/consumer contract regs but has anyone ever done that with this company? Or any other experience with their customer services?
