Benefit The Porefessional-has it changed?

It used to be so good for covering up pores and fine lines but now I find it just sits on my skin and pills? (Think that's the right terminology. Basically it rolls about my skin and doesn't go on properly leaving me with lumps of product.) I've just tried it directly on my skin as I thought perhaps it was my moisturiser causing it to do this but it's still the same. Hugely disappointed. Can anyone recommend a similar product I can wear under foundation that doesn't do this. Thanks

I had the same problem. I've swapped to the "That Gal" one (still Benefit) and found it much better. You only need to use a small amount IME.

Thanks Mass. Does it cover redness

Sorry I don't know - I just use it to help my foundation stay in place rather than anything else. It's quite light so probably not

Stila 3 colour corrector is very like That Gal but contains redness reducing colour too. I used to be a big Benefit fan until I discovered it.

NYX pore filler available from Boots. I've only tried it in store but I've been impressed with other NYX makeup. I use porefessional and have for a while so I'll have to see what it's like when I repurchase. Boots No7 do their own version too but again, I haven't actually tried it but I think I've seen good reviews.

I've just discovered The Ordinary's primer and it is amazing. Dirt cheap too.

Thanks everyone Smile

I didn't find TO primer helped at all with pores. I think it depends why you're using a primer.

I'm definitely using it for pores JDSTER. My skin has more craters than the surface of the moon.
