Tyme curling iron - opinions please?

Does anyone have experience (good or bad) of using the Tyme Iron hair curling thingy? www.tymestyle.co.uk

I’ve never been able to get the knack of curling with GHD’s. My hair is shoulder length (give or take – sides a bit shorter than back), and I’d like to achieve big bouncy waves, rather than actual ringlet curls.

I've seen them selling for around £50, so am wondering whether it’s worth a punt, or whether it will be just another gadget to join the hairstyling product graveyard drawer…..

I think it looks shocking! On the promo video I've seen on Facebook, the strand of hair the lady uses is already curled if you look closely.

In my opinion, if you find the GHD tricky to Curl with, then you'll find all other contraptions tricky.

What about a chamber curling one? Babyliss?
