How to lace up shoes in a 'cool' way

I've just bought these shoes and I'd like to not look like a div in them- please tell me how to lace them up to look cool

Although my teen has taken to not bothering tying and just tucking in laces

You mean straight lacing?

My 21yo brother informed me I HAD to straight lace my New Balance trainers because they were cool and I had ruined them by crossing the laces

Oh meant to add there are videos on YouTube... I tried it and grudgingly admit they do look better

Buy elastic laces on eBay, they look like laces but don't need to be tied.
