Has anyone had this done? Can you tell me about it? Was it worth it?

Hopeful bump!

Also I'm Glasgow area if anyone uses anywhere near here it would be good to get a recommendation!

I really want to try it but will only go to someone who comes highly recommended and has plenty of experience. So not here in Spain where dermaplaning is still a good 5 years away from being "a thing".

Hope you get some helpful recommendations, OP!

Thank you a few places I go to for other treatments are advertising but like you would only go where I have been recommended!

I had it done 3 weeks ago and was really pleased with the results.

It wasn't at all painful, and left me with amazing baby soft skin.

I'm not in Glasgow, but Peaches bar come highly recommended throughout Scotland.

I've done this myself at home for about the last 12 months. It's really, really easy to do yourself. Just look at youtube videos if you're unsure. The facial razors are easily found on amazon

FortyFacedFuckers · 31/07/2017 23:55

Oh thanks, @LucieLucie I have used peaches for waxing didn't realise they done it.

Does the hair grow back as soft? Terrified it grows back as a beard!

@XiCi wow doing it yourself, I am not that brave, how often do you do it?

I do it myself using the disposable eyebrow razors. Get a good result though not quite as much exfoliation as a professional. It grows back to look exactly the same as before. It may feel a tiny bit rougher when it grows back at the hairs have a blunt cut end (as opposed to their normal tapered end) and because u have been used to having a smoother face. But there is no need to continually do it as part of a routine of it isn't for u.

I use the shiseido facial razors from Amazon and probably do it every few weeks. As pp said, if you left it it would just grow back as it was before. It leaves the skin really soft and smooth. I really wouldn't waste money paying to get it done, it's very quick and easy to do at home.

Oh @TwoShades1 & @XiCi do it yourselves ok I might look at some YouTube videos and see how it easy it looks. Thank you

Yes have a look on YouTube lots of really good videos from ladies doing great demos. You can't really go too wrong with the eyebrow razors I have never cut myself.
