Can anyone recommend me some good tooth whitening products please? I don't want professional treatment just some products I can pick up at boots or supermarket maybe.

Oral B glamorous shine toothpaste. If I buy a different brand I see the difference instantly. I drink loads of tea and coffee but it makes my teeth so white that people asked if I had had them whitened! Before my toothpaste conversion I did try ? Pearl drops? An instant whitener you paint on. It comes in a lip gloss style pack but it looked and felt like I had covered my teeth in tippex- not recommended!

There is a charcoal toothpaste in Aldi at the moment

Crest whitening strips from eBay / friends travelling from the USA. Nothing in Boots comes close.

Oh wow I use oral b already so that sounds great crazymissdaisy thank you - is it easy to pick up anywhere?

Thanks hollieberrie I've heard of these, I think I read somewhere that the uk don't sell them for some reason so I assumed they were a bit dodgy?!

Yep easy to get it in boots. The other oral b whitening ones, healthy shine etc don't work so well. Go for the glamour one!

Nothing sold otc in the UK works. They are heavily regulated as amateur tooth whitening damages teeth. Go see a dentist.

The yank stuff does work but you risk tooth damage. And that stupid horse with a piano in its mouth that is apparently attractive there but ludicrous here.
