Kipling backpacks

I'm looking at Kipling backpacks as I'm getting fed up of handbags which are never big enough and which give me back and shoulder pain. I don't carry loads, the usual bits plus my book, umbrella and wondered if those of you who have them, would you recommend them and which size works for you? Thank you

I have one, mainly for carting the dcs stuff around on days out. It's great and has wide, padded straps so is comfortable to carry.

I get a changing pouch (few nappies / wipes), water bottles and snacks in, as well as my purse, phone, mini make up bag and brush. It's got a big zipped compartment (with small inner zip pocket), then a small front zipped pocket for phone / keys, which also has a Velcro fasten over it.

Not sure of exact size, I got it for about £20 off eBay, very good condition secondhand. I'd definitely recommend it, BUT, if I'm going out by myself shopping etc, I swap bags Grin

That's useful, thanks for your reply. Any other Kipling fans out there?

I'm thinking of using mine as an everyday bag as so fed up of cramming stuff into my usual leather bags! I've tried carrying less....

Any other thoughts?

I have one, not sure how stylish it is but it can fit loads of stuff in and is water proof and washable. Also has loads of pockets!

I have a Kiplong cross-body bag and absolutely love it, it's my favourite handbag I've ever had. Got it from TK Maxx for about £30.

Thanks for your replies, I'll have a look in tk maxx

I have a few kipling bags but not a backpack. I use a cross body bag as my work bag and it fits everything I need. Usually can get good deals on Amazon or in tk maxx.

I've just got the Kipling cayenne backpack in the navy dot pattern and I love it, it's so light and spacious, although advertised as small, it's about the average size of a backpack.

Thanks dippy, that looks good. There was another thread about backpacks a couple of days ago, I liked the look of lots of those too so I'm not sure what to go for!
