Cloud Nine/GHD

I can't decide which to get? I have very thick, wavy, frizz-prone hair that takes a while to straighten. Anyone have any preferences? Thanks!

I was GHD for 15 years- then the pair I had broke, and I was persuaded to buy Cloud Nine- they're AMAZING!

Oooh really @Muggymike ? Do they keep your hair straighter for longer?

I got new GHDs on prime day as my old ones were broken and I'm really disappointed, the plates don't seem to meet properly and I have to clamp ready hard which then pulls my hair.
I'm strongly considering trying to get a refund.

I have GHDs since 2003. They were brilliant! They started making a slight buzzing noise and I was convinced they were on the way out! So... I bought Cloud 9s as the designer/tech guy owns(?) works (?) for them now. They are equally brilliant. However, my GHDs still work?!

I think they are similar, if I were you I would just go for best price.
