I've just done the boob or bust measurement which has brought me out at a 30E starting size.

This is a very difficult size to find so I tried a 32dd then ended up in a 34d, but after a few more lbs weight loss the cups are completely empty; way too big. The measurement is still bringing me out at a 30E.

Can anyone suggest where I should be going from here, what size should I be trying?

What are your actual measurements?

Do you have a Debenhams nearby? They always have plenty of 30E.

Otherwise I'd suggest online. Can you afford to order a few and send back any that don't fit? Brastop and MyCurvesandme both have lots in that size at a very reasonable price.

It's also worth trying to work out your shape in addition to your size, because not every 30E will fit (same as not everyone who is a size 12 in jeans will fit in the same style of size 12 jeans).

I'll try to find a link to explain better.

Try Bravissimo, both on line and shops. Curvy Kate, Freya, Fantasie and Panche to name but a few all do your size. John Lewis stock a lot of these as do many of the large department stores. Bravissimo also do a great bra size check. Good luck!

Try different bra styles. I have the same measurements as you, OP, and since losing weight, I find that I don't fill some styles of bra any more. Full cups are empty at the top but I can wear plunge now, whereas I couldn't a decade ago!

Do you have a Pour Moi near you? They've been great in helping me find the right bras.

Bravissimo will be your best bet - get the right size - it will make all the difference in the world. A 32 will just ride up your back all the time. I've been a size 30f for over 20 years - it was hard to find that size then (lovely fenwicks of Leicester actually) but I also shop online & Debenhams & house of Fraser. Not a fan of M&S. you need to try different styles & assistants will know what will work better for you in bravissimo imo and there is absolutely loads of choice honestly xxx
