So, after a very unsatisfactory massage, where I had to ask for a different masseuse as they weren't very good/trained I changed and went to leave the salon when I saw that massage oil had been dropped all over an expensive mulberry bag. I know first world problem and I sound spoilt.
However, it was a gift and means a lot. After the manager initially saying they make sure we would 'sort' things out and months of contacting them asking for them to have anything approaching customer service, they still haven't paid anything. I've offered to compromise on a lesser amount than it would cost to replace but still nothing. The manager just fobs me off with 'we'll investigate it if you send the bag in'.
It's BS the damage was obvious, there are photos and also the manager saw it herself. It's been months and nothing.
Would anyone have any ideas as to what I can do? Lead a boycott of the salon?!
