Golf clothes. Is it possible to look stylish on the fairways?

I'm looking at golf clothes (skorts and tops, mostly) and am being visually assaulted by the bright colours and patterns... Is it possible to look at all chic playing the game, or should I just embrace the gaudiness and frumpy shapes?

Any recommendations or thoughts on sizing very much appreciated.

I just bought these trousers top jacket and shoes

OlennasWimple · 26/07/2017 22:18

I like those trousers, Happy. I hadn't really looked at trousers because it's so hot here, but those look quite cool.

How does the sizing come up?

I've got Nike, adidas & puma tops & skorts in various bright & not bright colours. I think golf can be stylish but it's also about being bright & individual on the fairway.

I don't go in for a lot of the "old lady" brands that are sold in actual golf shops so need to order online mostly.

I think some izod stuff isnt so in your face

OlennasWimple · 27/07/2017 22:06

Not heard of izod, will look into those

Do you tend to buy your normal size, on the grounds that the garments have been designed for playing in, or do you need to size up to give some room for manouevre?

olennas they're very lightweight. I'm a size 12 and a size twelve in them fits easily.
