Foundation for dry skin

I'm looking for a new foundation but every one I try sinks into the lines on my face and makes me looks out 80 ! Or goes orange when I put it on and I'm not particularly pale Confused I have good skin generally but some dark patches from pregnancy that I want to cover up and generally look more polished !

Can anyone help ? I can go up to about £40 but preferably under £20

Mac Face and Body! I have super dry skin and this is the only thing that doesn't cake. It comes in loads of shades and you can build it up depending on how much coverage you want. I always go back to it

i have quite dry skin so if youre gonna splash out, Illamasqua has lovely liquid foundations or more general shop i'd say bourjois do a good range too xxx

A cheaper option would be the Bourjois healthy mix serum. I use it every day and love it!

Thanks. I've read about the Bourjois one on here before.

Thanks for the MAC recommendation I've heard good things about their foundations. I'll pop in whenI'm next in town for a sample

Bourjois - is it the healthy mix foundation or serum ?

I have and use both but the serum is far better for dry skin.

Erborian BB Cream. I think I'm done with foundation. I don't know why but it seems as if my skin looks drier/crapper with it on, and I've tried all sorts, including Armani, Nars and so on. Now I get BB cream, and it is easy just to shove on too :)

Body shop do one for dryer skin. I really like it. (I'm 45 and the crepe is setting in too and it works on both counts Grin)

I also find that putting a couple of drops of face oil in my moisturiser before I apply the foundation works well.

Also massive fan of erborian BB cream for my very dry sensitive skin

Only comes in two shades (although it blends itself in well). I am pale as Casper the ghost and the light one works for me. But if you are darker skinned, it might not work for you.
