Recommendations for effective eye cream

Need a really good, effective eye cream to fight the fine lines appearing (I'm 35) and to lighten/brighten the dark circles I'm blessed with. Last year or so I've noticed the skin under my eyes thinning out and becoming quite dry. So basically need a super moisturising, wrinkle fighting, dark circle banisher. Does such a Product even exist ?

If you are using a decent serum extend it to round your eyes as skin round the eyes need all the same stuff as your face.
Then add something like the ordinary caffeine solution or if you are splashing the cash niod fractionated eye contour serum.
And don't forget to extend your sunscreen to your eyes otherwise everything else is a waste of time. It needs to be a mineral one really so it doesn't irritate. I like Clinique city block which is suitable for eyes.

Retinoid cream. Either retinol based OTC cream or tretinoin from a derm. Nothing else will come close.
