Next Basic Womens Tshirts. What is the fit like?

I need some plain summer tshirts. I haven't really worn tshirts in years due to living in tunics and leggings and I'm not sure how much I'll wear them so price wise the Next plain v-necks at around £7 look good.

I'm just not sure what size to order. Last year I bought one tshirt in Next and had to size down from my usual 18 to a 14 as it was huge. Conversely I have one from a few years ago that is a size 20. Both of those were more expensive and slightly more top like than a basic t-shirt.

Does anyone know what the sizing on these is like? I am a busty size 18. Thanks

16 or a 14.

I'm normally a 12 but the 10 is pretty generous on me.

(I bought them last year so can't guarantee they'll be the same!)

I find the fit huge. I'm a size 12, but I bought size 8 in these t shirts and they're still slightly big.

I bought one this year. Agree they're hugely sized I'd go down 2 sizes, 'maybe only 1 if you're busty. Also the v neck is far too low. I ended up wearing a vest under it.

The really basic ones are good though. I got 3 for £13. They're a normal t shirt shape but again quite big I'd size down if you want a tighter fit

Thanks for all the replies. I'll go for a 16 then to allow for a looser fit.

When I followed your link chap it also suggested this dress
www.next.co.uk/xo14006s3#193883 which looks quite good so your post was doubly helpful Grin

Be warned that the. V neck is very low and the material very thin.
