Night Cream Recommendations

FritataPatate · 24/07/2017 10:09

I've just done a MN search for night cream recommendations and there's nothing recent. Anybody using a night cream they love? Any particular recommendations for 50+ skin?
TIA Flowers

Aldi Lacura Caviar night cream. £6.99. Great stuff. Seriously!

Hammy12345 · 24/07/2017 10:13

I like Elemis pro Oxygenating night cream (always buy on eBay as loads cheaper) and the Clarins ones are good too. If you have time, go round a department store and get samples from each concession. They always give out loads, in fact last year I had enough free samples for a good few months.

M&S Formula Sleep cream. Brilliant stuff!

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 24/07/2017 18:38

I second the M&S sleep cream - got some last week (as part of a set) love it.
I'm 51, never get 8 hours real life sleep but this makes my skin feel plumper and smoother.

I have an Elemis Night Cream (not sure which one) and a serum.
Not keen on Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream but the Night one is nice.
Its been put on the back burner for now though.

The M&S formula one is amazing! Have never really stuck with a night cream before but on my second tub of this one now

Thanks - some great suggestions here.

The lidl night cream is fab. that, or rose hip oil.

Nettletheelf · 24/07/2017 22:52

I second the Aldi Caviar and the M&S sleep cream (was in the advent calendar last year, what a discovery). I will add They Body Shop bouncy sleep mask to the list because that's great too.

shamoffour · 25/07/2017 08:31

I was coming on to say the Aldi one I use it (39) but my mum (64) lives it too.

Loves!

I'm trialling the Dr Haushka "no night cream required" regime. She says that nightime's a time for the skin to be unladen by creams and to "self regulate". We will see....

Still doing my high SPF and Clarins, by day.

MinesaPinot · 25/07/2017 09:18

L'Oreal Revitalift Laser Renew Night cream (and the day cream with SPF20) - on offer 2 for £30 in Boots at the moment (usually around £22 each).

Am tempted to try the M & S Sleep Cream though, but that's because I'm a product junkie....

FritataPatate · 25/07/2017 12:55

Just ordered M & S sleep cream an next time I'm passing an Aldi I'm going to grab some lacura caviar (product junkie here too Blush).

Any Dr organic cream. No sls, parabans, no petroleum etc. Face cream that's arent natural cause damage to the skin and actually age you

Judydreamsofhorses · 25/07/2017 13:07

As a budget option I really like the Boots Botanics one.

Deathraystare · 25/07/2017 15:38

Decleor do some lovely ones and Time Bomb too.

However I went to Wilko's fed up with my t zone and enlarged pores on my forehead and either side of my nose and got a cream there with tea tree in and not only is it good as un under make up light moisturiser I have also used it at night, with a richer one on my cheeks and neck. They also do one for dry skins but not when I was there (dammit).

I have tried the Aldi/Lidl ones but no, they do nothing for me.
