Where can I buy long trousers, wide legged, elasticated waist?

I want them for holidays, so nothing heavy (no polyester, no linen, no jersey - there seems to be LOADS of tapered leg jersey around) but light, elasticated waist so that they're comfy and preferably small floral patterning. Easy to wear with a plain t shirt or vest.

Loads of tapered stuff and loads of cropped wide leg stuff. No thanks!
