Pamper days in Cardiff

Birkdaleboy · 23/07/2017 18:08

I am looking to buy a pamper day for two very good friends of mine. They both live in Cardiff. Are there any recommendations of places for them to go and what treatments I should be buying for them? Suggestions please as I'm not very sure of what I should be looking for.....both are stressed out mums.
Many thanks for your help.

The vale spa (I think is near Cardiff) is amazing.

Laguna Health Spa, Celtic Manor, st Davids Hotel x

Drove past St Mellons Hotel and Spa yesterday too.

I'd look on groupon for local places but buy a full priced deal as the groupon ones are quite often a bit rubbish

Not Cardiff but there are offers at the Celtic Manor at the moment.

Laguna Health Spa Greyfriars Road. It's right in the middle of Cardiff. Honestly, I wouldn't bother going all the way over to the Celtic Manor when there's a a Laguna in Cardiff. I use it and it's lovely.

The Exchange Hotel has a spa too. I've never used it , but it's a newly opened 5 star hotel and it's almost certainly very good.

St David's in the Bay. Vale is a bit dated and too far out.

Laguna sounds good, though!

St David's Hotel (in the Bay), is dated, I agree. I went there to book a spa and changed my mind while I was waiting.
