Ski vacation boots

Hi im looking for recommendations for boots with really good grips for ice and snow ,would prefer if they looked nice too although I'm aware that fashionable and practical don't always go together,I have seen some nice Lands End ones they are the suede type though I will try to attach an image but not very good with technology .

Celtic & co usually do some decent boots.

I work at a ski resort and wear Timberlands regularly. Would definitely recommend.

Oh the zebra ones are adorable too and I never thought about timberlands I will be spoilt for choice now .
