How to rescue my skin?

I am 44. After having the dc (youngest is 8) my skin just went to pot. I developed pregnancy mask which has never disappeared and I have brown patches on my face on my cheek bones. Secondly I have Rosacea which causes red patches and spots on the same part of my face. I don't know if it's related but I also get really sore spots on my nostrils which make me have a red clown nose! I have been to the gp before and tried a couple of treatments (rosex gel, etc) but it never goes away. Is there anywhere I can go for skin advice? The boots lady told me it was age spots - Confused It's really depressing me, especially as make up doesn't cover it and is possibly making it all worse. I use Clinique redness solutions foundation. Thanks for reading and any advice you can offer me.

Since hitting my mid 40's I've struggled with my skin too so I sympathise. I see you use their foundation. Have you tried the Clinique redness skin care range? Their cleanser followed by the daily relief cream has really helped my rosacea though it's not a cure as such.
