Fingernails and Toenails

When dressing up nice (like wedding nice), if wearing sandals would you paint your toenails to match your fingernails, or go for a different colour?

I usually do the same colour but then put a thin, subtle coat of very fine iridescent glitter polish (something like Sally Hansen's Disco Ball on my toes, so that you only catch the glint of the glitter in some lights.

I do love glitter though, and hold to the Coco Chanel adage that toes are a dull affair and need cheering up .
