Wear a different outfit every day challenge - anyone like to join me?

I have too many clothes but always wear the same old things. I keep buying stuff, yet I don't wear half the stuff I have Blush .

I work from home half the week and live in sports shorts and old t-shirts.

I've got some nice clothes but lack the time and motivation to work out what goes with what and also I'm short of storage space so can't see all my clothes at once (some are hidden away in boxes) and I forget what I've got.

So I'm going to start a challenge to wear a different outfit each day until I've been through my entire wardrobe (excluding stuff that can't be worn day to day, such as swim wear / black tie dresses etc)

I'm going to photo each outfit and anything that doesn't fit, I don't feel good in will go to charity shops. I'll keep the photos of outfits I like for inspiration.

Would anyone like to join in?

I am too lazy to join you at the moment as am sticking to old faithfuls myself, but I'm going to very much cheer you on with your attempt to shop your own wardrobe, it sounds like a great idea. I'm sure there must be apps out there that resemble the wardrobe picker in "Clueless" (if you've ever seen the film), as that would make my life easier - picking from a pictorial database of my own clothes without having to dive head-first into a load of unmatching tat in search of something half decent...

Fantastic idea. I don't have to do it because I think I have a relatively good grip on my wardrobe but if I wanted to do a stock take, that is good method without any special effort.

I tend to do it the unimaginative way of spending a weekend in front of the mirror surrounded by piles of clothes and accessories.

I'm working from home today and can't get my head around wearing anything other than sports t-shirt & shorts: cool, quick to wash and dry, comfy. I can't bring myself to put a dress on (I always wear dresses to the office).
I have some non-sports shorts but they are too tight Blush and not comfortable to sit in all day.

I don't think working from home should count, you want to be comfortable.
