White accessories for wedding guest outfit

Ive bedn unwell for a few werks but thankfully well enough to attend a traditional family wedding this weekend.
Ive had my pastel green dress for a while but due to illness not accessorized it.
I have white shoes and a white clutch bag which will have to do (was originally considering pastel pink) but with 2 days to spare they will have to do. I do like them and they do match. I also still have some odema so my feet ate dtill dlightly puffy and these white shoes are well and truely broken in and soft leather.
However, ive got a small bald area on my head from my illness. I wanted to wear a fascinator or floral clip in my hair to cover this up as i am very self concious and want to avoid questions about my health on the day. Can i wear a white/ivory fascinator or floral hair clip? Or will i look too bridal?
Its next to impossible to match the green of my dress especially as im currently shopping online. Any suggestions? Advice? Ideas?

Seems perfectly reasonable to me, unless you happen to know the bride is also wearing pastel green!

Ref your hair, would you treat yourself to a blow dry and get the hairdresser to work with you to make it look good and make you more comfortable?

White accessories sound fine. No one confuses guests with the bride; at my wedding there were a few guests that wore dresses with a white background, a white jacket etc. They looked great!
