What to do with whiteheads on chin

I've always had open pores but have noticed I'm getting lots of tiny whiteheads...Not milia, just loads of squeezable little bastards.
I have sensitive skin and regular Dermalogica facials, but is there anything I should use?

Your nails to squeeze the feckers out.

Or pass the joy onto a sporner 👌

I use Azelaic acid from The Ordinary and it's kept them at bay. But less fun than nails Wink

I give my chin a good rub with a dry flannel or towel when I get out of the shower. Keeps them at bay.

Chin spots are normally hormonal I think. Products with salicylic acid keep mine at bay; Nip and Fab pads are good as is Clean and Clear, although I'm sure many on here would consider that a bit harsh.

I've been using this for approx 4 months. I've had spots & whiteheads for 30 years but haven't had any since using it. It contains salycilic as PP mentioned.
