Smart coloured trousers

I quite fancy a pair of non navy work trousers (don't wear black). I saw a blog post somewhere about wearing colours on the bottom half and whilst I think nothing of wearing a coloured skirt or dress, trousers seem much more unusual.

Was thinking of a teal or sea green slim cut 7/8 kind of job. Shirt or jumper (probably in navy or cream) and blazer on the top.

Sound awful or ok? And any idea where to find such trews?

Someone at my work has violet cigarette trousers - I love them! She wears them with a plain black or white top. I would get some in a heartbeat. I don't know where she got them though.

Love it. I have some coral trousers that I wear with a white top and navy cardigan or blazer.

I like boden Richmond trousers for work. They sometimes do bright ones

These trousers are a joy to wear, I have to talk myself out of wearing them every day.

Topshop has a few cigarette trousers in the shades you're looking for. They look much, much better on than online though!

I have cobalt blue and bright green trousers from banana republic although I bought them in the sale so might not be in stock anymore

Thanks all. Brie I love those but sold out in my size.

I will take a look in top shop. The Boden ones are a touch bright I think but will keep looking and will look at banana republic as they do good petite trousers I seem to remember.

Hopefully I may find a few more options once we hit a/w. Teal is an a/w colour I always think.
