I like the look of the "Fiorelli Mckenzie North South Tote Bag," just wondering if it's worth the price? Smile

They're decent quality for a non leather bag but way overpriced. I would only ever buy in the sales.

SavoyCabbage · 16/07/2017 20:47

I would say no. They aren't leather so are expensive for what they are.

toriah · 16/07/2017 21:23

i like them.

have you looked in TK Maxx, or runwayaccessories.co .uk?

XiCi · 16/07/2017 21:27

They are on sale in John Lewis and online for £41 at the mo OP

EllieMentry · 16/07/2017 21:28

I have a couple that I've bought in the sales and I like them. I wouldn't pay full price for them but you can usually find them at a discount if you search.

PickAChew · 16/07/2017 21:28

They're just plastic. Fine if you're like my mil and like to coordinate your trousers shoes and handbags, but no good if you want a durable bag to use day in day out.

yomellamoHelly · 16/07/2017 21:45

Mine lasted about 9 months and looked quite tatty for the last 2 or so of those. Don't think that's particularly good tbh.

I'm surprised by this thread; I've had loads of Fiorelli bags and have always found them to be a good everyday bag for a reasonable price Confused I've got one that I use less often and it's lasted years! The rest are cheap enough to replace when they wear out. I think there a good middle-ground handbag myself. What would other people recommend for that sort of budget?

neveradullmoment99 · 16/07/2017 21:54

I have a fiorelli bag and its really good. Agree that they are overpriced but i do think the quality is very good. I have a tan shopper and its still going strong after a couple of years.

PlanningaMiracle · 16/07/2017 22:50

That's the one I noted @XiCi Grin

It looks like that one is available slightly cheaper (especially if you can use click and collect) from TK Maxx

BumWad · 16/07/2017 23:00

Like somebody said upthread they are ok for a cheapo bag if bought in the sale. No way would I pay full price for it. For £30 extra you can get a real leather one.

It's ok for £41 though.

AdoraBell · 16/07/2017 23:02

As a beach bag they're fine. I bought a large tote style for recent hholiday and DD'S both have one for taking things to the beach. I also don't pay full price.

neveradullmoment99 · 17/07/2017 21:31

Although they are plastic, they are a good soft plastic and have a beautiful lining on all the bags i have had. I also wouldnt pay full price.

WanderingTrolley1 · 17/07/2017 21:32

No.
