I've just bought this dress to wear to the races next Saturday but I'm unsure what colour shoes and bag to pair with it. I'm thinking pink or nude but would appreciate some suggestions!

Silver

Gold always looks nice with navy

Lovely dress. I'd say gold or fuchsia pink for shoes.

Another vote for silver.
Navy and Silver gorgeous combination.

If you want to make a statement go for hot pink.

To tone it down, go for silver or gold.

Nude would be too boring.

Gorgeous dress and good one to keep for future weddings/christenings.
I wouldn't go with Nude courts but nude/light pink sandals would look lovely

I think like previous posters that gold/silver will look lovely

Are you wearing a hat/fascinator

supersalmon1 · 16/07/2017 19:05

I'm leaning towards hot pink as I already have a clutch bag in that colour, but...those sandals from RI are lovely! Thank you for sharing that link Shine. No fascinator - I have a toddler in tow and despite DP and Grandparents helping I think it might be a bit of a faff and the 2 year old would see it as a toy!

If you scroll down on that link there's also a lovely box clutch with handle.
Hot pink will look gorgeous but also new shoes are always good! (And that gold will go with lots of other stuff so worth the money Wink )

Right, that's it, I'm ordering them both! If the shoes are super uncomfortable I can always numb the pain with the free booze on offer. They're not too spendy either which is a bonus. Thank you.
