Too bridesmaidy?

Love this dress and want to wear it to a wedding - does it look too much like a bridesmaid dress do you think?
For context I don't I don't know the colour theme of the wedding and would probably 'casual' it up a bit as it is a bit more formal than my usual taste.
Any thoughts welcome! Thanks.

I like it. With the right accessories and hair I think it would be fine. Strappy sandals, small beaded clutch bag, delicate jewellery, "bridesmaidy" hair etc all nos.

I just mainly like that it will be flattering at the waist really

I prefer the Tesco dress but depends on the fabric. The asos one has a lots of fabric bunching at the waist which might not be flattering.

Avoid long dresses and you'll be fine. Both of those dresses would look like you've come in a dress you wore a bridesmaid.

I wore that dress in silver for my brother's wedding. I was a bridesmaid.

Very comfy and lovely dress though.
