Can't see why not. You'd need a jacket/cardi/shrug/wrap to avoid cold shoulders, possibly.

Can't see a problem. I love the skirt but the top half looks a bit baggy on her.

It's gorgeous would look great with cropped jacket or cardie for warmth. Assuming you live in the now freezing cold summer
