I'm using synch bands on most of mine, no knot required and no unlacing

There's a cool way to lace trainers?

daimbar · 15/07/2017 19:06

There was when I was at school (20 years ago). I want to be one of the cool kids.

I've seen a few with the small x and the big x type of laces.
Look on YouTube though, there are tons of videos for all trainers and things like timberlands.

flumplet · 15/07/2017 19:27

I love your trainers

ChishandFips33 · 15/07/2017 19:48

who knew!

Good question!
I've just bought trainers again but always wore them 'practically' rather than for fashion so this time round I want to be one of the cool kids too!

TheBusThatCouldntSlowDown · 15/07/2017 20:05

I want to know too!

daimbar · 15/07/2017 20:57

Someone must know! I wanted to pose in them today but it's difficult to pose if you have laced your trainers like a dork.

I do straight bar lacing.

daimbar · 15/07/2017 22:37

Any chance of a diagram?

i like mine crossed, but no twists

I keep meaning to try and buy some syncbands.

ChishandFips33 · 15/07/2017 23:58

I've been on google images and can't believe how lacing your trainers can make them look so different

Mine (Superstars) are straight laced and I don't tie them but stuff the laces down to the toe of the shoe

LoniceraJaponica · 16/07/2017 00:01

I had no idea that there was a "cool" way to lace trainers. I don't notice how other people lace theirs so I doubt that they will be looking t my feet.

imjessie · 16/07/2017 08:14

Straight across or I use bar laces which look much better
