What are your favourite dry shampoos.
My hairdresser swears by dry shampoo so im going to give it a go!
I don't mind spending a bit of money as long as it's decent.

Batiste. Never found another one as good.

CharlotteCollinsneeLucas · 14/07/2017 23:07

I think Aussie works better than Batiste for me.

Then again, maybe I just spray more of it on than I did before.

pnutter · 14/07/2017 23:08

I like the Avon one and Batiste as a second.

Hi, I love dry shampoo and have tried loads but am currently using the boots soap and glory one and love it. Leaves your hair smelling lovely and dosnt leave that powdery residue that others do x

Ijustwanttodrinkmytea · 14/07/2017 23:09

Batiste is the best I've found, especially the blonde/brunette coloured ones that match your hair's colour

Bleubell · 14/07/2017 23:10

I love the Aussie one! Used batiste for years but feel it leaves a powdery tinge on my hair so swapped it recently and don't have this problem anymore Grin

Jaimx86 · 14/07/2017 23:11

The Philip Kingsley one is worth every penny m.lookfantastic.com/philip-kingsley-one-more-day-dry-shampoo-200ml/10827147.html

Batiste is not as good, but considerably cheaper.

nailslikeknives · 14/07/2017 23:15

Another vote for the Aussie one. It seems finer and easier to brush in.

I make my own I find it best especially for dark hair as the others leave a lot of residue. Easy enough styled out though.

I bought Morrisons own brand as I was away from home and I don't like paying the price for batiste. It smells lovely and actually works really well, I have super greasy hair get about 6hrs out of it before it looks a bit limp get a good two days using this. Il defo buy again as a back when not using my own.

I have used Batiste for years, and although it works okay, it never got on with the white residue on my dark hair. I tried the Aussie, which didn't leave a residue, but I didn't feel actually worked on the greasy roots. Currently using CoLab, which I really like, it's definitely dealing with the greasy roots, no residue at all, and I like the smell (paradise, which is all coconutty and summery)

I really like the treseme one. I tried the Percy and reed one in a beauty box and it was rubbish.

OCSockOrphanage · 15/07/2017 09:56

If you have a mini in your handbag, it's useful to spray on greasy spots of food on clothing too, so I read recently. I don't have greasy hair, but am prone to dropping food on myself.

Rosehip22 · 15/07/2017 12:04

I agree with mrstibbles and really rate Soap and Glory. It's the only one I've found that doesn't irritate my sensitive scalp. Batiste and Colab make me itchy.
