Be kind, my son took these, he is 4. So, dress one or dress two? Or neither.

It is for a wedding ina few weeks, I am 5ft3ish and a size 12.

Prefer two but how does it look with the blouse untucked?
DS did a great job with the photos!

Mummysh0rtlegs · 14/07/2017 18:57

They are both "2 in 1" dresses, so I can't untuck it. I have to send this back as it has a big imprint of the skirt on the top so I am hoping the next one will hang better.

They're both really nice!!! You've got the best smile in 2 though.

Mummysh0rtlegs · 14/07/2017 19:02

I've lost about 3.5 stone and developed a gym bunny habit so I am hoping they are flattering. I find it quite hard to know what to wear these days. I have a c-section tummy that is not good in tight fitting, so these style seem a good solution? FItted but also glancing.

Honestly I think you'd be better with an actual skirt and top. It looks like the top part of these are a bit baggy on you and a more fitted top would show off your waist a bit more.
Having said that, out of the two I like the black and white one.

Bibs2014 · 14/07/2017 19:06

I like the black and white one as it's more bold. Would look fab with hot pink shoes!

Mummysh0rtlegs · 14/07/2017 19:15

I prefer the black and white as the top is jersery so more fitted, but I am worried it isn't wedding-y enough.

I am fairly small of nork so yes, a skirt might be better but I'd have no idea what sort of top to buy IYSWIM

Number 1. Well done on the weight loss!

Yogatoga09 · 14/07/2017 19:40

Number 1 with a pair of bright high heels

TheZeppo · 14/07/2017 19:59

You look lovely in both Smile

Mummysh0rtlegs · 14/07/2017 20:06

Aww thank you, you are all being lovely!

You look great in both!!

sinpan · 14/07/2017 20:18

You look good in both but based on the photos I'd personally prefer number 1. So impressed your 4 year old took these.

Mummysh0rtlegs · 14/07/2017 20:25

He's a lovely guy, enjoys taking photos of any old stuff with my phone, might as well put him to use Grin

Dress #1, you look fab.
I'm such a nerd but is your tv secured to wall behind it? Blush

Mummysh0rtlegs · 14/07/2017 20:47

Don't - no! It's the only thing in the house that isn't! I'll remind DH that it needs to be done.

Black and white one is fab - I'm not sure about the pale colours on the second one, but then I tend to avoid pastels Smile

DandySeaLioness · 14/07/2017 21:01

both are lovely but for a wedding I'd choose the second one

Dontlaugh · 14/07/2017 21:04

I'm such a worrier, sorry 😐.
Enjoy the wedding 👰

Mummysh0rtlegs · 14/07/2017 21:07

Hey, no honestly it is a good reminder. I am totally paranoid about it and literally every piece of furniture and TV is attached apart from this one. It really does need doing.

OP posts:
Flyinggeese · 16/07/2017 19:17

You look really fab in both! However I'd go for the second one , with a necklace.

Mummysh0rtlegs · 16/07/2017 20:26

I love the first one, I wonder if I can keep both and find an excuse to wear it? Where would one wear that dress?
