Is this ok for a wedding?

I've just bought this dress for a wedding next month, is it ok? It's very bright in real life and I'm now wondering what colour shoes I should get.

Also, do you think it needs any accessorising? I've no idea when it comes to dresses, help me please!

Navy is nice with hot pink and so maybe strappy navy sandals? I don't think it needs a necklace but I would wear some drop earrings.
