What's wrong with my Eyeko liner? Help!

I bought an Eyeko liquid liner pen. The first couple of times I used it, it was perfect - nice black even line, no dragging, no feathering, happy days.

Less than two weeks after I bought it, it's nearly unusable. It drags on my eyelids, doesn't give an even line and the tip seems to have 'run out'. I'm storing it nib side down and giving it a good shake.

What's wrong with it? Am gutted that I finally find a fantastic liner pen and it's suddenly useless.

Any ideas?

Is it the skinny one? It's a known problem with some of theirs, just annoy their customer service, they're pretty good about replacing them. You can try spritsing it with a bit of alcohol a few times, sometimes that helps but then it usually ends up faltering again later.

Does it prefer gin or wine?

It is the skinny one. I'll give their customer services a shout.

What a shame. I thought I'd finally found a decent liner.

I'd say vodka, low cal and all that... but bog standard 70% will do.

I dropped Eyeko customer services a line and they were super helpful. They're sending me a new one. Thanks for your help!

Sigh.

Eyeko sent me a new pen and exactly the same thing happened to that one. FFS.

Oh well, back to the drawing board.
