Just had a look round in Space N.K. for the first time. Just wondering which products are worth the price tag - and which aren't.

Space NK is like a store that stocks different brands so depends on what you are looking for. Personally, I like hourglass, nars, laura mercier and becca for make up. You can get a lot of lovely beauty products like chantecaille and sunday riley but it is ££.

I like their perfume selection too.

Really depends what you are after
Some good some way overrated and overpriced
Anything in particular or do you want me to suggest a few things
I don't and never have worked there btw Smile

I like Chantacaille tinted moisturiser, have used their lipsticks and am tempted by by some of their other products. By Terry is great - love their pallets - lips and eyes. Hourglass great for bronzer and powder. Dyptique perfumes. Staff are attentive and will really listen and suggest products accordingly, I don't find them pushy.

Eve Lom skincare is amazing, diptyque candles and facial oils are also lovely. But with makeup and skincare it isn't worth listening to strangers on the internet, you have no idea how something will work for you and whether you can justify the cost. The staff are usually quite good at helping and go into a lot of depth if you go to them with specific concerns. What is it you are looking for?

Rupeomatic · 13/07/2017 22:32

Well, I quite liked some of the products which were lavender based, to help your skin and help you sleep - or the pillow sprays for example. (Really should have noted down some names/details) and I am always after anything anti-ageing Grin But generally I supposed I just wanted to know people's opinions on the products they had tried. I must admit, I didn't realise they were stockists for a number of companies. I think I was a bit overwhelmed!

I liked the fact that they stock REN products, but now that M & S stock them as well I head there first, particularly when they have offers on.

Otherwise I agree with pp, they have some lovely products in Space NK but it's quite spendy.

LaurieFairyCake · 13/07/2017 22:55

The range you liked is called 'This Works' Smile

Intransige · 13/07/2017 23:03

I agree with the PP who said the staff are really good, very well trained in the various product ranges and usually not snooty. Tell them what you need and they will recommend products.

I love the shop. Particular favourites are By Terry, Chantecaille, Laura Mercier and Becca. In fact the only makeup range I regularly buy which you can't get there is Bobbi Brown. Also like Sarah Chapman skincare.

If there was one recommendation it would be Becca Shimmering Skin perfectors
They are highlighters but come in a variety of shades and formulas for different skin types and skin tones.

They have a best Highlighter which are really glowy and not glitterry or sparkly
The best one is the one in liquid form because you can mix it in with your foundation to make it glowly and use it on its own and it is very natural.
The shades are really good as well
