I want to replace my Converse. What should I get?

I'm not up on fashion and brands. I'm all about comfort and practicalities. I've had them for years and I'm bored.

Adidas EQTs are the comfiest trainers EVER and I live in them. Pricey but I managed to nab some in the ASOS sale a while back for about £60. They look like this:

Adiddas Gazelles. I made they switch earlier this year, never looked back.

I like Vans and Superga for converse-style pumps and Nike Roshe's are like walking on clouds.

i recently bought a couple of pairs of rocketdogs...they are way comfier than my converses! And I've never found converses uncomfy iyswim!

Only thing is the toe on the Rocketdogs is rounder and a bit more plimsolly imo.

Following this thread! Also, what socks do people wear with converse/ this style of shoe?!

I have Merrell for when I need more support and have been wearing them for walking the dog but my converse come in for pottering round the shops.

I've started buying trainer socks having ignored them after not getting on with them previously. Now I'm fine with them.
