Can anyone recommend a really good foot file for hard skin ... I had a great pedicure about 4 weeks ago but since then the hard skin seems to have come back worse 😩

I use the soap & glory one, as recommended on here. Find it great.

I have one of those corn and hard skin removers, with a blade. There's nothing else will touch my hard skin, pumices etc only smooth the top surface of the hard skin, not remove it. I soak my feet in warm water for ten minutes first (or have a bath) as it works best on water softened skin. finish with a foot file.

You need Footner! Works every single time, don't waste your money on cheap versions, this is worth every penny..!!

NCS. All the way.

Footner takes the top layer off but doesn't actually address the underlying hard skin.

FOOTNER!

Gwenhwyfar · 15/07/2017 14:37

Footner didn't work for me. Took of the skin that was Ok and did nothing for the hard skin. I use the Soap and Glory foot file and there are still bits I can't get at. The had skin comes back really quickly too, probably because I don't walk 'correctly'. I've wondered about those little machine things, I think they're battery powered or something. Are they any better?

I have both the S&G one and an Aluda one from Victoria Health and the Alida one is miles better.
